Shipping
Please allow 7-12 business days for the arrival of your order. We ship domestically via UPS Ground. At this time we don't offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within two business days provided the items are in stock. Customer will be notified of any delay via email. Delivery must be within the United States and cannot be made to P.O. boxes. We may validate shipping and billing information on some orders. Some deliveries may require a signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping and Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments.

Rush Service
If you need to have your order rush shipped please contact us at sales@lucyssister.com to confirm availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.

Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in the State of Massachusetts will be charged sales tax.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that the charges will appear as Lucy's Sister. Our order checkout module is on a secure server to protect your credit card information. Charges will be made when the order is ready to ship. We allow alternate shipping addresses, subject to certain conditions depending on the destination. To process credit card payment on some alternate address we may ask you to fax copies front and back of the cardholders drivers license, including your order number for reference. We need to do this to protect both the cardholders and ourselves from credit card and identity fraud. All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays.

Return and Exchanges
Should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily exchange or refund undamaged items in accordance with the restriction outlined in this section. LS does require that you first contact us at sales@lucyssister.com to receive a return/exchange code. Please note that no return will be processed without this information. We accept returns for any and all reasons within 14 days of your order. Special orders, engraved belt buckles, and personalized belt straps, are of course, FINAL SALE. All items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Lucy's Sister reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged or mishandled. All return packages must include a copy of the invoice and be insured for the full value of the merchandise. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. Please note that freight charges for returns are the customer's responsibility. For returns, the item(s) cost will be refunded but not the original shipping. Refund will be electronically credited to Card Holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns, any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days.
